Every seating area for a nut/washer on the crankcase is lightly spot-faced to ensure proper seating and avoid oil leaks from main bearing studs.

Oil pressure relief valves bores are resized (oversize), and re-seated (spot faced deep in the case and at the screw end to ensure correct length and spring pressure). All springs are checked at full length and compression prior to fitment.
